Topped with pickles, mayo, and Pepper Jack Cheese on a butter griddled bun. Served with a side of hand cut homemade French Fries. From The Block: Spicy Thai & Chili Jam Pork Belly Burnt. Smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends tossed in our house Spicy Thai Sauce, drizzled with Chili Jam and garnished with fresh cilantro, sliced serranos, and orange.
