Friday & Saturday on The Specials Board: Appetizer special: Texas Twinkies - Brisket and Cream Cheese stuffed jalapenos, wrapped in bacon and glazed with our spicy bbq sauce. Served with a side of Jalapeno Jelly & Jalapeno Ranch for dipping. On The Block: The Nashville Hot Smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends - we take our Smoked Pork Belly Burnt ends and toss them in a Nashville Hot style house sauce. Served over white bread and skewered with pickles. Don't skip the: Beef Short Rib Quesabirria served with Consommé and homemade French fries - Smoked and braised beef short rib, flour tortillas, Oaxaca cheese, and consommé.
